Scope & Execution

Final subgrade construction

We construct subgrades to fine tolerances using machine control and real-time survey input. Subgrade material is placed and compacted to specified density and moisture content, forming the stable base layer for pavement, slabs, or pads. Elevations and crossfall are confirmed before progressing to base works.

Trimming of batters and benches

Batters and benches are shaped to design slope angles, line, and grade using GPS-controlled equipment and final manual refinement where required. Surfaces are compacted and stabilised to prevent slippage or erosion, with finished geometry validated against design contours.

Structural tie-ins and transitions

We manage level and geometry transitions between earthworks and structural elements including pads, footings, pavements, and retaining structures. Edge interfaces are shaped and compacted to specification to ensure clean handover and prevent differential movement or settlement.

Surface preparation for installation

Surfaces are conditioned and compacted in preparation for installation of structures, pavements, liners, or membranes.
